Lighthouse Natural Medicine is a local Mukilteo-based clinic that blends eastern, western, conventional, and alternative medicine to provide our patients the best possible care. The clinic was founded in January 2015 by Washington Native, Dr. Maegan Knutson. Since its humble beginnings, the clinic has grown to include an array of services and clinicians.
In 2020, Dr. Raquel Tingey joined the practice and has proven to be a vital asset to the Lighthouse Natural Medicine team.

About Medicare coverage:
At this time, medicare primary coverage does not pay for naturopathic medical services. Some Washington medicare programs will pay for naturopathic coverage if they are your PRIMARY insurer. Naturopathic physicians CANNOT bill medicare directly or generate denials for submission to supplemental coverage – so if you aren’t sure, please verify before scheduling so you know your responsibility. We do provide discounts for seniors who desire naturopathic services and are covered by conventional medicare plans.
